WebSync 4.0.0.3 and RestEasy 2.0.0.3

New releases of WebSync and RestEasy are now available with a few bug fixes, a couple new features, and updates to the documentation. Notably, the "invalid channel" bug in the WebSync JavaScript client has been fixed, a new RestEasyDefault attribute has been added to support default actions in RestEasy, and Tag has been added to the WebSync clients' Service method to help with identifying payload types pre-deserialization.
