WebSync Server
WebSync Server lets you integrate the power of a first-class comet server directly into your .NET applications. Single-developer licenses are available for small teams as well as discounted site licenses for larger development groups.
The Express edition gives you comet capabilities for a single server. Enterprise adds reset/failover recovery as well as multi-server horizontal scaling. Enterprise OEM licenses allow royalty-free distribution of software that incorporates WebSync, both for physical distribution and for distribution via SaaS offerings. WebSync On-Demand gives you WebSync's power in an easy-to-use, low-cost package. Just pay for the user capacity you need and leave the server infrastructure and hardware maintenance to us. 2 Phone support uses 50 credits per hour, with a 25-credit minimum.
3 Web meeting support uses 50 credits per hour, with a 25-credit minimum.
4 Custom builds will be delivered to patch any bug, even ones with known workarounds.
5 Requests will be acknowledged within the maximum time listed, although actual response time may be faster. This does not include the total time required to resolve the request.
6 Upgrades within a given major version are included while the support contract is valid. For example, 2.0.0-2.9.9 are within the same major version.
7 Additional credits can be purchased at your support package rate.
Return Policy
WebSync On-Demand may be cancelled at any time with a 30-day notice. If your cancellation date falls mid-month, your bill will be pro-rated appropriately. WebSync Server can be evaluated at no cost through the Community Edition. Purchased licenses for WebSync Server cannot be returned.
