WebSync Support Subscriptions give you access to our top-notch development team, fast response times, and all upgrades within a major version of WebSync.

Without a prepaid support subscription, hourly support is available for $120/hour.

1 Email support uses 10 credits per incident.
2 Phone support uses 50 credits per hour, with a 25-credit minimum.
3 Web meeting support uses 50 credits per hour, with a 25-credit minimum.
4 Custom builds will be delivered to patch any bug, even ones with known workarounds.
5 Requests will be acknowledged within the maximum time listed, although actual response time may be faster. This does not include the total time required to resolve the request.
6 Upgrades within a given major version are included while the support contract is valid. For example, 2.0.0-2.9.9 are within the same major version.
7 Additional credits can be purchased at your support package rate.
